To be able to place an order, you need to become a member.
From the moment you complete your order, you will receive the following notification mails from us.
When your payment is complete, a notification mail titled Macchinga | Order placed A notification mail titled Macchinga | Your order has been given for cargo containing the cargo tracking code given by the courier firm when your order is given for cargo
Hint: You can track your order status on My Orders tab located in My Account section on the main page.
You can make payments by EFT / wire transfer, payment at the door, or by credit card / debit card with payU at the order stage.
If you have ordered the wrong product or changed your mind, you may cancel the order as long as it has not been shipped.

If the status of your order is Your Order Placed or At the Supply Stage, send your demand for cancellation to us with its reason through the channels below.
You can send us your return request on the system from the customer service option on my account page. After your request, you can make a return with the return code given to you by our customer representative.
Customer service -> New message -> Topic (return) -> Order number -> Reason for return
You have 7 days to ship the item you wish to return with your received return code. If shipping exceeds 7 days, you will need to request a new return code.
This second return code must be requested within 14 days of the original request.
You can make your returns free of charge through Aras cargo with the return code to be given to you by our customer representative.
The return process begins as soon as the product reaches us. Your return will be made in 2-10 working days depending on your method of payment.
Credit card: 2 business days (The reflection of the amount on the card occurs within 1-7 days due to inter-bank procedures. )
Money Order / EFT: The Next day
Cash payment at the door: After you are called by customer representatives and asked for your account information, the return is made to your account the following day.
Product Delivery / Shipping
All orders placed before 15:00 GMT +3 on weekdays are delivered in 2 - 5 business days.
All products shipped within Turkey are shipped free of charge for purchase at 100 TL or more . For international orders, there is a $25 shipping fee.
On the main page in the "my account" section in the Membership Info panel, you can change your notification settings.
